Elsewhere Retreats Gift Vouchers — Terms and Conditions
Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The retreat must be booked and attended within this period. Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date except at the sole discretion of Elsewhere Retreats.
Redemption: To redeem a voucher, the recipient must email hello@elsewhereretreats.com.au with their voucher code and preferred retreat dates. Vouchers are redeemable against any Elsewhere Retreats retreat, subject to availability at the time of booking. A voucher does not guarantee a place on a specific retreat date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Partial redemption: If the voucher value is less than the total retreat price, the difference is payable by the recipient at the time of booking in accordance with standard payment terms. If the voucher value exceeds the retreat price, no cash change is given, the remaining balance is held as credit toward a future Elsewhere Retreats booking for 12 months.
Combining vouchers: Multiple vouchers may be combined toward a single booking. Only one voucher code can be entered per checkout transaction online, where multiple vouchers are being combined, please contact us directly at hello@elsewhereretreats.com.au.
Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash at any time, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation by Elsewhere Retreats: If Elsewhere Retreats cancels a retreat on which a voucher has been applied as payment, the recipient will be offered a full credit or the opportunity to transfer to an alternative retreat date. No additional compensation applies.
Cancellation by the recipient: Standard Elsewhere Retreats cancellation and transfer terms apply once a voucher has been used to secure a booking. The voucher itself is not reinstated if the recipient cancels their booking.
Transferability: Vouchers may be passed on to another person as a gift. They may not be resold or listed for sale.
No cash value: Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be used for any purpose other than an Elsewhere Retreats retreat booking.
Governing terms: All retreat bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the Elsewhere Retreats full Terms and Conditions.
